Leave it to my sister to say something poignant and . . . reassuring. I told her my worries about this interview, bu then she says "well, you're always going to be younger and less experienced than someone else, so just get over it". So, I guess I have.
I've realized, though, that I've told everyone and their dog about this thing, so I'll have a lot of sympathetic faces to deal with if I don't get the job. I know it's not a big deal, I just hate people feeling sorry for me.
On a completely unrelated topic, I moan in my sleep. I knew I used to do this when I was in university, but I thought I was over it. Now I realize I haven't slept with anyone for so long that I had no frame of reference. Anyway, Sarah mentioned it to me this morning after staying at her place, and I must say I felt proud. Lots of people snore, but not very many people moan. Plus, maybe they think I'm, like, getting it on in my sleep.
Actually, during a quick search, I found
this site. Though I am obviously on the 'mere annoyance' side of the scale, I find it interesting that they put it in a sexual category. I never have sex dreams ('cept for one where I had sex with each member of the Beasties Boys), so it's not like I'm responding to a dream, it just happens. As a matter of fact, I was watching 'Who's the Boss' this afternoon, and I starting dozing off, but I actually woke myself up a few times due to my own moaning. It's interesting that they think it is linked to some misfit brainwaves, which is just neat (neat because I'm on the 'annoying' side, not the 'rape my partner side...'). Anyway, it's all very fascinating.. To me. :D
